Rule 5 of the Flash Submission Guidelines states "Your movie must not be racist or downright hateful towards specific groups of people."
All well and good, but if I'm not mistaken, celeb-killing is one of the main themes of NG.
To promote killing of someone could be construed as being hateful of them, and celebs are a specific group of people.
A paradoxical situation, wouldn't you say?

Well you see that is protected under parody. What that rule falls into is not making a flash that is hateful towards black people, Jewish people, homosexuals, that sort of thing.
